About the Role


We are seeking an Operations & Proposal Support Coordinator to play a crucial role in supporting the General Manager of Facilities by coordinating day-to-day operational activities while also contributing to the development of proposals for government contracts. This hybrid role requires a strong mix of organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work across teams to ensure smooth operations and seamless proposal preparation.


This is a fully remote position based in the United States. Occasional travel within the U.S. may be required.


Responsibilities


Operational Coordination

  • Support the General Manager in overseeing management services and ensuring operational efficiency.  
  • Coordinate contract requirements and operational issues and activities.  
  • Assist in the development and implementation of operational policies, procedures, and improvements.  
  • Manage documentation and ensure compliance with government regulations and company policies.  
  • Provide administrative support including scheduling, communications, and budget tracking.

Proposal Support

  • Assist in the preparation and coordination of proposals for government contracts.  
  • Gather relevant operational data and compile necessary documentation to support bids.  
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including business development, operations, contracts, and finance to collect and organize needed proposal content.  
  • Proofread and edit proposal documents, ensuring clarity, compliance, and alignment with solicitation requirements.  
Requirements


Required Experience and Skills

  • 3+ years of experience in management, project coordination, or government contracting support.  
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities with experience in administrative or operational roles.  
  • Experience with federal government contracts and familiarity with the proposal development process.  
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and project management tools.  
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a high attention to detail.  
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.  
  • Knowledge of federal procurement processes and regulations is a plus.
  • Ability to obtain a government clearance.
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future.


Education and Training

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Project Management, or related field preferred, or equivalent work experience.  


Pay Range and Benefits

  • Competitive salary range of $75,000 - $85,000 based on experience.

Physical Requirements

  • Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer. May need to lift up to 25 pounds occasionally.
