Job Description

As an Administrative Assistant, you’ll be the backbone of our operations, handling a diverse range of tasks that keep our projects running smoothly. You’ll manage communications, conduct research, and organize crucial information, directly contributing to the success of our engineering projects. This role offers a unique opportunity to gain insights into the civil engineering field while developing your administrative skills in a dynamic, growth-oriented environment.

Responsibilities
  • Manage incoming calls and messages, ensuring prompt follow-ups
  • Organize and maintain the engineer’s email inbox and calendar
  • Conduct online research using municipal websites to gather project-relevant information
  • Complete and file basic forms accurately
  • Track and respond to emails efficiently
  • Assist in preparing and organizing documentation for engineering plans
  • Provide basic customer service support to clients and stakeholders
