Job Description
We need a Virtual Assistant who will be responsible for various task as listed below:
Customer Service & Administration:
- ● Respond to emails and customer inquiries promptly via Shopify Inbox (live chat) and Gmail.
- ● Maintain accurate reporting and documentation. Organize and maintain documentation using Google Drive Workspace (Docs/Sheets)
Marketing Support:
- ● Create and manage email marketing campaigns (EDMs).
- ● Perform basic updates on the company website.
- ● Design graphics using Canva for marketing materials.
- ● Assist with marketing activities on Shopify and Shopify Emails.
- ● Send SMS communications using Burst SMS.
- ● Manage tasks and projects with Trello.
- ● Organize and store photos/videos using Dropbox
Social Media Management:
- ● Oversee social media management and content scheduling.
- ● Create and schedule engaging content on Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok using Later.com.
- ● Assist with video editing for Facebook ads.
- ● Utilize Meta Business Suite and Ads Manager for ad campaigns and performance tracking.
- ● Edit videos for social media using the Inshot app
Additional Responsibilities:
- ● Assist with marketing activities for other businesses, including real estate.
- ● Handle admin tasks and data entry as needed.
- ● Potentially assist with cold calling efforts.
Qualifications
- ● Confident and proactive communicator, both written and verbal.
- ● Highly organized and detail-oriented, with a passion for ownership and excellence in work.
- ● Quick learner with the ability to adapt to new skills and processes efficiently.
- ● Experience with the software tools mentioned above is preferred but not mandatory.
- ● Ability to work independently and as part of a team, taking constructive feedback positively.
- ● Proven experience as a Virtual Assistant or relevant role.
- ● Basic understanding of marketing principles and social media.
- ● Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with office management tools.
