Key Responsibilities

• Accurately transcribe depositions, hearings, and other judicial proceedings, ensuring high-quality output.
• Process audio recordings with meticulous attention to detail while adhering strictly to established style guides.
• Maintain confidentiality and integrity of sensitive legal information.
• Effectively manage workload to meet client deadlines.
• Collaborate with our dedicated in-office team, seeking guidance as necessary.
  
  

Required Skills

• Significant experience in court reporting, scoping, or legal transcription.
• Excellent listening skills with outstanding literacy, spelling, and grammar proficiency.
• Strong ability to adhere to deadlines and client-specific style requirements.
• Typing proficiency in speed and accuracy.
• Capability to process challenging audio and text content.
• Familiarity with legal terminology is essential.

• Proven experience in legal transcription with a strong understanding of legal processes.
• Court reporting students may also be considered for this role.
