Key Responsibilities

Accurately transcribe depositions, hearings, and other judicial proceedings.
Process audio recordings meticulously, adhering to established style guides to produce verbatim transcripts.
Maintain a high standard of grammatical precision and legal terminology throughout all work.
Collaborate effectively with our supportive in-office team to seek guidance as needed.
Ensure timely completion of all assignments while managing a flexible schedule.

Required Skills

Proven experience in court reporting, scoping, or legal transcription.
Exceptional listening abilities and strong literacy skills, including spelling and grammar.
Ability to meet deadlines while adhering to client-specific style guides.
