Job description

Job Title: Identity and Access Management (IAM) Specialist

Location: Remote

Job Type: [Contract]

Position Overview:

We are looking for an experienced Identity and Access Management (IAM) Specialist with a minimum of 7 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess strong governance skills, excellent stakeholder management abilities, and good analytical reporting knowledge. Familiarity with Power BI is a plus. If you are a proactive communicator with a deep understanding of IAM, we would love to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and oversee identity and access management processes and governance frameworks.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and ensure effective IAM solutions.
  • Develop and maintain IAM policies, standards, and procedures.
  • Generate analytical reports to monitor IAM effectiveness and compliance.
  • Utilize Power BI to create dashboards and visual reports (if applicable).
  • Provide training and support to stakeholders on IAM best practices.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 7 years of experience in Identity and Access Management.
  • Strong knowledge of IAM governance principles and practices.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Proven experience in stakeholder management and relationship building.
  • Good analytical reporting skills, with experience in data analysis and visualization.
  • Knowledge of Power BI is a plus but not mandatory.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience with IAM tools and technologies.
  • Familiarity with regulatory compliance standards related to IAM.
