Responsibilities
  • Provide comprehensive IT support to Slovenian-speaking customers through multiple communication channels.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and networking problems efficiently.
  • Offer clear and effective guidance to enhance customer satisfaction.
  • Maintain detailed documentation of support cases and resolutions.
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure effective case management.
  • Stay informed on current industry trends and company products to enhance support services.

Requirements

  • Fluency in Slovenian (both written and spoken) with excellent communication skills.
  • Proficient in English, both spoken and written.
  • Previous experience in IT support or a customer service role is an advantage.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Able to prioritize tasks and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Enthusiastic and approachable demeanor with a desire to assist others.
