About the Job:

We are currently seeking an IT Support/Analyst Intern for a challenging experience-based internship to contribute to an innovative and groundbreaking project in the field of Artificial Intelligence (AI). Are you passionate about technology and looking to make your mark in the industry? Join our dynamic team as we push the boundaries and create a game changer in the world of AI. You will have the unique opportunity to participate in a fully immersive internship where you will provide crucial IT support and contribute to the enhancement of our IT infrastructure. This is designed largely as a remote placement but can also be a hybrid internship (Chicago or Toronto). In this engagement/applied learning internship, you’ll gain unparalleled experience in a high-growth, dynamic environment, directly interfacing with senior management and contributing to transformative IT solutions. It will be a demanding internship and will require you to bring the best version of yourself to the table, but for those who embrace this, it will be a richly rewarding experience as well as a great complement to your academic investment.

What You’ll Do:

• Provide technical support to end-users, troubleshooting hardware and software issues to ensure seamless operations.
• Assist in the management and maintenance of IT infrastructure, including networks, servers, and security systems.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement IT solutions that enhance operational efficiency.
• Conduct system analysis and recommend improvements to optimize IT processes.
• Document IT processes, procedures, and troubleshooting guides to ensure continuity and knowledge sharing.

About You:

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a Master’s level university program in fields such as Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues.
• Proficiency in IT support tools and technologies, including operating systems, networking, and cybersecurity.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to prioritize and meet deadlines.
• Proficient communication in English (both verbal and written) is required.
• Experience with IT service management tools and methodologies such as ITIL is a plus.
• Excellent presentation and public speaking skills.
