Support Integrations built by the Customer Integrations team, many of which involve SAP. Support Analyst will provide end-user support and troubleshoot issues. Role Scope / Deliverables: Scope / Landscape
•Integration/connection trouble shooting
•Creating new connection in limited capacity
•Data Analysis Key Skills: Technical & Analytical
•Experience with SAP, APIs, SAP Ariba Integrations, various SAP instances globally
•OFM or Cloud Integration is a Plus
•Familiarity with SAP Idocs, CXML Structures
•IT Support Documentation, RCA, KB Article updates, ServiceNow Communication
•English Required (German / Italian / Spanish a plus)
•Communicate in a clear and concise manner so that messages are understood by all recipients
•Ability to understand the ways that non-native English speakers and non-technical users may communicate so that their requests are understood
•Maintain a positive, professional, and respectful attitude in all business interactions
