Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated Systems Analyst to play a crucial role in advancing our manufacturing operations through effective IT support. This position offers a unique opportunity to be part of our digital transformation journey, where your contributions will be directly impactful.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide essential support for plant technology services, including access control, security cameras, and audio-visual systems.
  • Collaborate closely with the Service Desk and Infrastructure Managed Services teams to deliver outstanding IT assistance.
  • Oversee the management and maintenance of diverse hardware and software assets.
  • Implement and support critical plant systems, such as barcode scanning technologies and future farm innovations.
  • Enhance operational efficiency through initiatives like the Collaboration Program and the transition of the Service Desk.
  • Analyze data and gather requirements to optimize and refine our systems.
  • Estimate project costs and develop comprehensive plans for implementation.
  • Create and maintain detailed technical documentation for reference and training purposes.

  • Strong analytical abilities coupled with effective multitasking and time management skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal communication skills with the capacity to influence and persuade.
  • Proficient in both written and verbal communication, capable of articulating complex technical concepts to stakeholders at all levels.

Qualifications

  • Associate’s degree in Computer Science or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
  • A minimum of 3 years of IT experience, ideally within IT Operations, Infrastructure, or Support.
  • Experience in a manufacturing context is advantageous.
  • Recognized skills in IT Infrastructure as well as project and process management.
  • Willingness to travel up to 20% as needed.
