Job Description - Senior IT System Analyst Azure (Remote)

Role and Responsibilities:
  • Mentor and grow staff for this role
  • Design and implement IT Infrastructure Architecture based on best practices and business requirements
  • Manage IT Infrastructure Projects with internal and external partners/teams and meet required deadlines
  • Implement High Availability across critical IT Systems to provide business continuity
  • Ensure Disaster Recovery plans and procedures are in place
  • Deliver against IT Performance Metrics
  • Deliver against Business SLA
  • Stay abreast of the latest technologies, both hardware and software
  • Manage relationships and collaborate with leaders within the business units to improve IT Infrastructure efficiencies
  • Provide senior-level technical support to the business

Candidate Qualifications:
Experience Required: 10+ years

  • IT support - must have experience in Azure cloud
