In this role, you will engage with customers, assist them with inquiries, and provide exceptional service in Dutch while enjoying the vibrant culture and breathtaking landscapes of Greece. Key Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding customer support to Dutch-speaking clients through various channels.
• Assist customers with product information, inquiries, and issue resolution.
• Maintain a high level of professionalism and a positive demeanor in all interactions.
• Log customer interactions accurately and efficiently for follow-up.
• Work with team members to achieve departmental goals and enhance the overall customer experience.
• Participate in training sessions to enhance product knowledge and service delivery.

Requirements

• Fluency in Dutch and proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
• No prior experience required; training will be provided.
• Excellent communication skills and a passion for customer service.
• Ability to handle customer queries politely and professionally.
• Team-oriented mindset with a friendly and approachable attitude.
• Willing to relocate to Greece and adapt to a new culture.
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with customer service platforms is a plus.
• Open-minded and enthusiastic about living abroad.
