About the role:

We're seeking an International Lead to manage our people operations across multiple international regions. This role is pivotal in driving our people strategy globally, ensuring compliance with local employment laws, and enhancing employee experience in all countries outside the USA. Responsibilities:
  • Manage and continuously improve our people processes and practices for regions outside of the USA, tailoring to the specific needs of each country.
  • Ensure employment agreements and hiring requirements are compliant with local laws for each country of operation.
  • Oversee onboarding documentation and processes, working closely with the payroll manager and in country partners to ensure smooth setups for new hires and terminations.
  • Design, set up, administer and monitor benefits programs, ensuring proper alignment and compliance across all countries.
  • Regularly review people processes in all countries to ensure compliance with local legislation, regulation and best practices.
  • Provide support and guidance on employee relations matters, including performance management, disciplinary actions and terminations.
  • Work closely with our People Business Partners to offer country-specific education and functional support.
  • Manage relationships with external vendors and service providers to ensure effective delivery of HR services.
  • Oversee global mobility and immigration needs, including visas and other related matters as required.
  • Collaborate with Legal and Finance on ad hoc projects such as new entity setups/changes, audits, acquisitions, surveys and data requests.
Qualifications:
  • At least 5 years of hands-on HR management experience within an international environment focused on global operations. Successful candidate would likely have 7-10 years of HR experience overall.
  • Strong knowledge of HR best practices, employment laws and regulations, particularly in the UK as well as other international markets, including: Australia, Canada, Germany, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, Singapore and United Arab Emirates.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with cultural sensitivity and the skills to build strong relationships and navigate complex global environments.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced dynamic environment.
  • Strong analytical skills and a continuous improvement mindset, with a passion for leveraging technology to optimize processes.
  • Proficiency with MS Office applications, particularly Excel, for data analysis and reporting.

Compensation:
  • Salary: GBP 85,000
  • Competitive Equity Package
