Responsibilities
  • Act as the primary point of contact for Norwegian-speaking clients, addressing their needs and inquiries.
  • Coordinate and manage client onboarding processes to ensure a seamless experience.
  • Monitor client engagement and satisfaction metrics, implementing strategies for improvement.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to deliver tailored solutions and resolve any issues.
  • Gather and analyze client feedback to inform future product and service enhancements.
  • Develop long-term relationships with clients to encourage loyalty and retention.
  • Participate in regular training and development sessions to enhance your product and industry knowledge.

Requirements

  • Fluent in Norwegian (both spoken and written) with exceptional communication skills.
  • Proficient in English to facilitate effective collaboration.
  • Previous experience in client success, account management, or customer support is preferred.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • A proactive approach to problem-solving and customer-oriented mindset.
  • Able to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks.
  • Willingness to relocate to Greece and enjoy a rich cultural experience.
