  • Collaborate with hotel staff to maintain the highest service standards.
  • Document guest interactions and maintain accurate records.
  • Participate in training sessions to stay updated on luxury hospitality trends and practices.

Requirements

  • Fluent in Polish and English; additional languages are a plus.
  • Experience in customer service, preferably in the hospitality industry.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • A strong sense of professionalism and customer service orientation.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
  • Familiarity with hotel booking systems and customer service software.
  • Willingness to relocate to Greece and adapt to a new lifestyle.
