Responsibilities 

  • Responsible for community management (Facebook, Instagram... etc), new and old user interaction, daily operation management and maintenance
  • Analyze community users' TA and data, and suggest different user activity schemes (such as campaign, fan lottery, etc.)
  • Guide daily topics, users to answer questions, interact with users, publish activities to improve community activity, etc
  • Provide immediate feedback and communication on the daily work of the community

Requirements

  • Have practical experience in community and user management, familiar with relevant tools and methods, responsible for planning and implementation of community activities, topic content output and optimization within the group
  • Strong copywriting skills, communication and coordination skills, good at creating topics and guiding users to participate in interaction
  • Strong communication skills, patience, affinity, good sense of service
  • Proficiency in English and local languages
