Venterra Community Managers enjoy a competitive salary + 20% performance-based bonus paid out quarterly, & renewal bonuses. 

Our Community Managers assume day-to-day leadership of and accountability for property operations with a specific focus on ensuring all potential and existing residents receive exemplary customer service. They recruit, hire, coach, motivate, evaluate, and retain "A" player teams while creating a positive work environment. They make decisions as if it were their own investment to achieve company objectives, as well as financial and operating goals.

  • Have previous multi-family experience as a property manager
  • Focus on the details, have a sense of urgency, be able to balance competing demands, and take pride in getting results
