Job Summary

JOB DESCRIPTION

The Client Executive for our SPM team at Argano is responsible for acquiring new business accounts, driving sales cycles, and establishing strong client relationships. This role focuses on understanding client needs and proposing tailored business and technology services to meet those needs. You will focus on driving SPM sales and maintaining a high-level of client satisfaction. You will be responsible for finding new business opportunities and engaging new clients or prospects. Client Executives act as liaisons between external partners and internal departments, ensuring clients get questions answered and remain satisfied with their products or services.

Responsibilities

  • Focus on identifying SPM (Sales Performance Management) sales opportunities.
  • Prospect and generate leads to build a robust pipeline of potential clients.
  • Conduct thorough market research to identify new business opportunities.
  • Act as a trusted advisor, understanding and addressing clients' unique challenges and aligning our solutions with their business goals.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with client decision-makers.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create compelling proposals and presentations.
  • Achieve and exceed sales targets within assigned territories.
  • Negotiate with clients for efficient services delivery at profitable fees and present solutions.
  • Work closely with product teams, technical experts, and cross-functional partners to develop and deliver integrated solutions that exceed client expectations.

Education

MINIMUM AND/OR PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, Accounting, or related field, preferred.

Experience

  • 2-5 years of related experience in client service or sales.
  • In-depth knowledge of SPM and familiarity with industry-specific challenges and opportunities.
  • Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales quotas.
  • Strong negotiation and communication skills.
  • Familiarity with CRM software and sales analytics tools.
  • Exceptional analytical, communication, and negotiation skills, with a proven ability to develop and maintain strong client relationships.
