Summary: The Channel Success Manager will be responsible for managing and expanding relationships with our channel partners to increase

revenue and market share. This role requires a strategic thinker with strong business acumen, excellent communication skills, and a proven

track record in channel sales. The ideal candidate will have post-MBA experience in a similar role and a passion for developing successful channel sales strategies.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive channel sales strategy to achieve revenue targets.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with channel partners.
  • Identify, recruit, and onboard new channel partners to expand market reach.
  • Collaborate with channel partners to understand their needs and provide solutions that drive mutual success.
  • Monitor and analyze channel partner performance, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
  • Develop and deliver training programs to ensure channel partners are knowledgeable about our products and solutions.
  • Work closely with the marketing team to create and implement channel marketing programs and campaigns.
  • Negotiate contracts and agreements with channel partners to maximize profitability.
  • Stay up to date with industry trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities for growth.

Required Experience:

Education:

  • MBA, equivalent advanced degree or work experience

Experience:

  • Min 8 years of experience in channel sales, business development, or a related field.
