Finance Management Trainee

Tasks and Responsibilities:

 

  • To validate the monthly invoice, attribute details, exceptions and supporting data on a timely and consistent basis;
  • To administer disputed items, ensure that invoicing is performed per Contract terms in conformance with pricing exhibits and rates and make recommendations on payment actions for Client to take forward
  • To perform monthly review, validation, ongoing tracking and obtaining approval of Performance Credits due for the Supplier.
  • To perform follow up on all contract-related issues from initiation through resolution that may arise from any contractual aspect of the Supplier/Bayer relationship
  • To maintain and follow up on action items from initiation through resolution that arise from monthly and quarterly reconciliations. 

 

Who You Are:

 

  • Professional experience in S2P / Finance area - beneficial
  • Communicative skills in spoken and written English as a must, second language beneficial;
  • Advanced in MS Office, especially Excel; 
  • Analytical skills, ability to work in a team and independently, dedication and accuracy, motivation and good organizational skills, eager to learn, good communication skills and ability to operate in a highly intercultural environment, ability to work under pressure, flexibility.
  • Good knowledge of SAP systems and other tools used in MD area (SAP FI, SAP MM) - beneficial
