Overview

We are seeking a dedicated Global Corporate Investment Banking Audit Manager to support a prestigious client in executing successful audits for 2024. This role is ideal for seasoned audit and credit risk professionals who excel in collaborative environments and are committed to delivering superior results.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate the essential resources required for conducting audits in 2024, ensuring a proficient team is established.
  • Engage in daily communications with Corporate Audit and various business lines to facilitate audit testing and process evaluations.
  • Provide expert insights on test plans, challenge the control environment, and assist in formulating audit opinions.
  • Record audit testing outcomes, discussions, and the rationale behind the audit opinions.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to create comprehensive work papers that underpin audit conclusions.

Required Skills

  • 4-6 years of experience in commercial and large corporate banking.
  • Proven expertise in credit risk management, particularly concerning commercial and corporate clientele.
  • Strong grasp of the credit application process and its critical components.
  • Proficient in audit methodologies and implementation, with a history of engaging in substantive discussions with stakeholders.
  • Familiarity with leasing products, credit risk underwriting, and monitoring procedures.
  • Experience auditing credit risk along with insight into key portfolio management processes.
  • Exposure to leveraged finance and syndication risk is a notable advantage.

Compensation And Benefits
