Job description

This is a remote position.

TPF Recruitment is recruiting on behalf of a fantastic firm of Top 20 chartered accountants in Central London who are looking to recruit an Audit Manager into their Team. Our client has seen significant growth in their fee income in recent times and has also taken on much larger, listed work from Top 10 and Big 4 firms. Due to further expansion, they're looking to recruit an Audit Manager into their successful team.

This position will primarily be focused on owner-managed businesses from £1m- £100m turnover and are a mix of both national and international businesses. Clients are a mixture of both corporate businesses and not-for-profit organisations including charities and academies. The position can be moulded around the individual. Suitable candidates will either be ACA/ACCA studying through to 2-6 years post-qualified.

One of the biggest perks of this Audit Manager position is the flexibility on offer. You will work in the office 1 day a week and 4 days per week from home. This is one of the best audit positions on the market at the moment, where you will be offered fantastic exposure while maintaining a great work-life balance, and a strong remuneration package.

Requirements

  • Qualified accountant, such as ACA, CA, or ACCA.
  • Comprehensive background in external audit within a professional services setting.
  • Proficient in business development tasks including targeting, proposal drafting, presentations, and networking.
  • Demonstrated expertise in applying accounting and auditing standards.
  • Effective communication abilities for interactions with clients, partners, and staff.
  • Prior managerial experience with a knack for motivating teams.
  • Strong organisational aptitude to address the diverse needs of clients, partners, and staff.
  • Skilled in monitoring client expenditures within budgetary limits.
