Requirements:

    • Approximately 5+ years of relevant experience.
    • Strong understanding of art pipelines and workflows used to produce the mobile, desktop, console high-end graphics and next-gen visuals. (Concept design, 3D modeling and texturing, animation, UI/UX, VFX).
    • Strong knowledge and experience working with UE5.
    • Strong sense of visual styles in games.
    • Good knowledge of standard art tools (Photoshop, 3DMaya, etc).
    • Released commercial projects and works gathered in a solid portfolio.
    • Ability to work on art style guidelines, workflows and technical specifications for art assets.

    • Upper Intermediate English.
    • Passion for games and game industry.

Main task pool:

  • Lead and manage a team of various artists to deliver high-quality art.
  • Create various concept design and art assets represented in various visual styles through modeling, sculpting, unwrapping, baking, and texturing for in-game animation.
  • Collaborate with the Art Director to establish a consistent and cohesive character art style.
  • Interpret and execute on concept art while considering technical limitations and gameplay needs.
  • Adhere to the character pipeline with a focus on detail and quality.
  • Collaborate with team members and provide constructive feedback towards shared goals.
  • Promote a positive and open environment that supports good team and studio morale.
  • Partner with art leadership on hiring plans and recruitment processes.
