Position: Client Engagement and Events Coordinator

Location: Central Luzon or NCR

Your Role

Key Responsibilities

  • Client Engagement:
    • Develop and implement strategies to foster positive relationships with clients, their families, and relevant stakeholders.
    • Conduct regular outreach activities to maintain ongoing communication and address client needs effectively.
    • Act as a primary point of contact for clients, providing information, support, and guidance throughout their engagement with the organization.
    • Continuously assess client satisfaction levels and identify areas for improvement.
  • Event Coordination:
    • Plan, organize, and execute events, workshops, and seminars related to home care packages.
    • Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to ensure successful event outcomes.
    • Coordinate event logistics, including venue selection, invitations, registrations, catering, and audiovisual requirements.
    • Facilitate presentations and workshops during events to educate clients and potential consumers about home care packages.
  • Approval Assistance:
    • Assist clients in navigating the approval process for home care packages, including understanding eligibility criteria, completing necessary documentation, and liaising with relevant authorities.
    • Provide guidance and support to clients in selecting the most appropriate home care package options based on their individual needs and preferences.
    • Collaborate with the organization's internal teams to streamline the approval process and ensure timely outcomes.
  • Marketing Support:
    • Contribute to marketing campaigns and initiatives to raise awareness about home care packages and the organization's services, particularly within CALD (Culturally and Linguistically Diverse) communities.
    • Assist in developing promotional materials, such as brochures, flyers, and online content.
    • Participate in community outreach activities, industry conferences, and trade shows to promote the organization's brand and services.
    • Collaborate with the marketing team to gather client testimonials, case studies, and success stories to highlight the positive impact of home care packages.
Non-negotiable requirements:

  • Certificate III in Administration or equivalent experience.
  • Knowledge of home care packages, aged care services, or related industries is highly desirable.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to interact effectively with clients, colleagues, and external stakeholders.
  • Strong organizational and project management abilities, with the capacity to multitask and prioritize effectively.
  • Empathy and understanding of the needs and challenges faced by older adults and individuals requiring home care services.
  • Proficiency in using technology and software applications relevant to the position.
  • Previous experience in event planning, customer service, or marketing is advantageous.
  • Sound understanding of compliance in Aged Care and NDIS (including quality standards, WHS, infection prevention and control, and SIRS).
