Job description

Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years Proven experience in the Recruitment industry
  • Proven Experience in Headhunting of rare skills or senior roles for large companies
  • Knowledge of the recruitment Industry and established clientele in the BPO sector
  • Proficiency in all Microsoft Office applications with high competency in MS Word, PowerPoint and Excel
  • Flexibility to work long hours
  • The ability to work in a fast-paced environment with strict deadlines
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving and management skills
  • Exceptional negotiation and decision-making skills
  • Strong business acumen and Detail-oriented
  • Demonstrate excellent management, recruitment, communication, presentation and report writing skills


Responsibilities:

  • Talent sourcing in various industries and Headhunting of Rare Skills in the private sector
  • Manage Response Handling projects
  • Providing insight into service offering and competitive positioning
  • Conducting market research to identify new business opportunities in the private sector
  • Developing and sustaining solid relationships with company stakeholders, clients and candidates.
