Job description

Our client, a dynamic, international company in the premium bike storage solutions, is seeking a motivated and results-driven Business Development Manager to join their team. This is a remote position, based in Dubai, offering the opportunity to work with a diverse and talented team while driving the company's expansion efforts.

In this role, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, developing strategic partnerships, and driving revenue growth. Leveraging your industry knowledge and sales expertise, you will expand our client base within the premium bike storage solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify, qualify, and convert sales opportunities within the target market, including leading bicycle retail stores, real estate developers, architects, property managers, and large corporations.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers.
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy to penetrate the UAE market.
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify opportunities and challenges.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals.
  • Assist with design and development on a per project basis
  • Provide accurate sales forecasting and reporting.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team on lead generation and brand awareness initiatives.
  • Contribute to product development by providing market feedback.
  • Track and report on sales performance, pipeline activity, and market trends to senior management.

About Repserve

At Repserve we lease sales professionals to overseas companies on a shared-time basis, allowing firms to enter new markets or grow in existing ones.

Our Reps have a maximum of 3 complimentary (never competing) clients. They answer all calls and emails at all times but manage their physical client time to suit the time allocation selected by the client.

This role is for an allocation of 25% of your time. We will target other potential clients in the same sector to fill your portfolio and take your time allocation up to 100% (if not yet full-time) should you so wish.

Your day-to-day expenses will be covered (ie petrol, parking, tolls, mobile call charges etc.) Larger expenses such as international travel, hotels and large group entertainment should be approved by your client prior to incurring. This role pays AED4,500 /month + commission.

Qualifications

  • At least 3 years of business development experience.
  • Knowledge of the bicycle environment, cycling clubs and premium bicycle suppliers in the UAE.
  • Wide network of relevant and active contacts.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Self-motivated and driven to succeed.
  • Must have the ability and willingness to travel without restrictions.
  • Must have UAE driving license and own vehicle.
