Job description

Repserve is a leading provider of innovative sales and marketing solutions, specializing in helping businesses expand their reach and maximize their growth potential. Our client, pioneering the indoor home hydroponic market, is seeking a motivated and results-driven Business Development Manager to join their team. This is a remote position, offering the opportunity to work with a diverse and talented team while driving the company's expansion efforts.

In this role, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, developing strategic partnerships, and driving revenue growth. Leveraging your industry knowledge and sales expertise, you will expand our client base within the commercial farming and food production sector, strengthening their market presence and driving success.

Key Responsibilities

  • Discovering, pursuing, and securing direct-to-client and distributor relationships in the UAE and KSA markets for the sale of hydroponic systems and solutions.
  • Developing and fortifying business relationships with commercial farming businesses, schools, and corporate real estate companies
  • Managing and monitoring key accounts to ensure customer expectations and service standards are met while identifying and maximizing sales opportunities.
  • Actively identify and open new accounts within the company’s trading policy

Qualifications

  • At least 3 years of experience in commercial farming or food production in UAE and KSA.
  • Fearlessness in pursuit of opportunities.
  • Wide network of relevant and active contacts.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Self-motivated and driven to succeed.
  • Must have the ability and willingness to travel without restrictions.
  • Must have UAE driving license and own vehicle.
