Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Sales Executive with a proven track record in selling recruitment services to foreign markets. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the recruitment industry, excellent communication skills, and the ability to develop and execute strategies that drive sales growth internationally.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Sales Strategy Development: Develop and implement a sales strategy to target foreign markets, focusing on selling recruitment services to businesses in various industries.


  • Client Acquisition: Identify and acquire new clients in international markets, building strong, long-term relationships.


  • Market Research: Conduct market research to identify potential clients, understand market trends, and stay ahead of competitors.


  • Lead Generation: Generate and follow up on leads, ensuring a consistent sales pipeline.


  • Negotiation and Closing: Negotiate contracts and close deals with clients, ensuring that terms are mutually beneficial and aligned with company objectives.


  • Client Relationship Management: Maintain and nurture relationships with existing clients, ensuring high satisfaction levels and identifying opportunities for upselling or cross-selling.


  • Sales Reporting: Track sales performance, prepare regular reports, and provide insights to the management team.


Qualifications:


  • Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience selling recruitment services to foreign markets.


  • Track Record: Demonstrated success in meeting or exceeding sales targets in international markets.


  • Industry Knowledge: Deep understanding of the recruitment industry and the specific needs of foreign clients.


  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present to and negotiate with senior executives.


  • Analytical Skills: Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret sales data and market trends.


  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field and a Master’s degree is a plus.
