Tasks

  • Source sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up and outbound cold calls
  • Answer customers' questions and provide additional information
  • Explain and demonstrate features and benefits of the product
  • Understand customer needs and requirements and identify sales opportunities
  • Organise customer presentation
  • Prepare, Submit and Follow-through offers to deal closure
  • Track weekly, monthly, and quarterly performance and sales metrics
  • Maintain and expand database of prospects
  • Research accounts, identify key players and generate interest
  • Team with channel partners to build pipeline
  • Stay informed about competing products

Requirements

  • Comfortable making cold calls and talking to new people all day
  • Interested in sales and business development activities
  • Proficient with corporate productivity and presentation tools
  • Interest in working with Salesforce.com, Pipedrive or similar CRM
  • Excellent verbal and written communications skills
  • Strong listening, presentation and sales skills
  • Persuasive and goal-oriented
  • Possesses an energetic, outgoing, and friendly demeanor
  • Self-motivated and self-directed
  • Tenacity to handle rejection and continue on with a positive attitude
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
  • Proven and effective collaboration skills
  • BSc degree or equivalent preferred
  • Fluent in English. Another European language is a plus.
  • Previous experience in outbound call center, inside sales, or related sales experience preferred
  • Willing to grow to a international sales role
