This role can be done in a fully remote working model.

Your Role

As part of the Digital, Data and IT team within the Enabling Functions Organization, we are a cross functional team driving, evolving and further digitizing our Portfolio Management & Performance excellence. In this interdisciplinary role, you will be a key interface between the strategic portfolio view and operational execution to drive change throughout the organization. As such, you will be working on defining and implementing new digital processes and driving portfolio governance, decision and alignment cadence. You will also ensure objective project evaluation and categorization, performance measurement as well as preparing scenarios and recommendations for resource and capacity allocation to top management. Constant business value evaluation and monitoring combined with a performance health check process is key to enable transparent steering. You, as Portfolio & Performance Expert, will engage with our dedicated Business Partners and various business stakeholders across functions and hierarchies and will be an active sparring partner in shaping the strategic roadmap of the EF organization and constantly further develop the scoring model, KPI & Reporting landscape of the Portfolio.

Who You Are

  • Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in a multinational enterprise or management/IT consulting company
  • Process-oriented with very strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Profound analytics expertise and ability to process and communicate data for (top-) management decision making
  • Solid project management experiences (having managed cross-functional projects independently is a plus)
  • Ability to interact with top management in a matrix organization, to manage shifting priorities, demands and timelines
  • Experience in Finance, Procurement, Controlling and/or Strategy preferred
  • IT savvy character at the pulse of current technologies (e.g. Process Automation, Big Data, AI, UX and App Development, etc.)
  • Business-fluent English skills, German skills is a plus
