Accounts Payable Accountant

As an Accounts Payable Accountant, you will be part of the finance team at our Berlin headquarters.  In this interface role focusing on our EU-based entities, you will collaborate with other teams on accounting matters/projects and act as a proactive business partner for stakeholders across the business.

Key Responsibilities

• You are responsible for the following processes for our EU entities: 
• Processing of Accounts Payables, including travel & entertainment expenses and credit card statements
• Handling cash management 
• Processing Fixed Asset entries
• Supporting General Ledger bookkeeping and reconciliations 
• You will work with our tax team on VAT compliance and reporting
• You will assist the Finance team with recurring tasks, process improvements and special projects 

About you

• 2+ years of experience in Accounting, Tax and/or Audit
•  You feel joy when dealing with numbers
• Advanced skills in MS Excel,
• You have experience working with ERP systems (preferably Oracle Fusion)
• You are eager to learn, curious about the latest technical developments and not afraid to apply them to your day-to-day tasks.
• You are precise and organized in your work
• You show a high degree of conscientiousness, reliability and commitment
• Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
