Join us as Head of Digital Sales for our new business unit, SI Buildings, to make a significant impact on the future of sustainable infrastructure. You will lead efforts to optimize digital sales processes and develop cutting-edge Go-to-Market strategies using digital tools. The Buildings Business Unit operates in more than 60 countries and across industries such as healthcare, data centers, higher education, commercial real estate, pharmaceutical and life sciences. Our portfolio includes solutions for building control, fire safety, security, automation, and decarbonization, along with software like Building X—Siemens' digital platform to optimize building operations.

With innovative technology, we accelerate the transformation of buildings, making them smarter, self-adaptive, and more autonomous. Utilizing AI, IT/OT convergence, and digital services, our solutions help customers reduce emissions and costs while enhancing building user experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and develop the Digital Lifecycle Sales team to drive revenue growth by optimizing digital sales processes and Go-to-Market strategies for digital and software solutions.
  • Develop and implement strategies to analyze trends and developments in vertical markets, focusing on how digital tools can drive commercial and technical advancements.
  • Oversee the global gathering and evaluation of best practices from assigned industries/vertical markets, identifying and analyzing digital solutions with high benchmark potential.
  • Actively contribute to business development plans for digital solutions, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and customer needs.
  • Strategically plan sales volumes and potentials across all customers, utilizing digital insights and tools to guide the team.
  • Ensure accurate and timely information is provided via CRM for forecasts and planning, using data-driven tools to support informed decision-making processes.
  • Enhance product and after-sales business development by leveraging customer feedback and market analysis, continuously refining digital sales processes.
  • Support contract negotiations with strategic insights and data-driven information to optimize outcomes.
  • Provide training and mentorship to the sales team, focusing on improving their knowledge of digital products and optimizing Go-to-Market strategies using digital tools.

  • You are passionate about technology, innovation, and using digital tools to enhance the customer journey and optimize sales processes.
