Job Description

We are seeking an experienced and strategic International Sales Director to lead our international sales team and expand our customer base across existing and new markets, including the US, Europe, and the UK.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing global sales strategies, managing a team of native English and Hungarian colleagues, and driving revenue growth by leveraging Hiflylabs' innovative data-driven solutions worldwide.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement global sales strategies for international projects
  • Lead, mentor, and manage a diverse international sales team.
  • Foster and grow relationships with existing clients, with a focus on C-level decision-makers.
  • Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities in target regions.
  • Oversee and expand the sales pipeline, ensuring accurate status updates and progression.
  • Prepare sales forecasts and regularly track performance against targets.
  • Utilize CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot) to monitor and optimize sales processes and efficiency.
  • Collaborate closely with marketing, and product development to align sales efforts with company goals.
  • Work closely with the Hiflylabs management team, regularly reporting on sales performance, strategies, and market trends.
  • Represent Hiflylabs at key industry conferences and events, engaging in networking to establish and grow business relationships.
  • Monitor market trends and competitors to maintain Hiflylabs' competitive positioning.
  • Ensure seamless communication with key stakeholders and provide regular updates on sales activities.

Qualifications
  • Degree in business, economics, IT, or related fields.
  • Minimum 5-7 years of experience in international sales leadership, ideally within the technology, business intelligence, or data-driven solutions sectors.
  • Proven experience in the USA, Europe, UK, and/or EMEA markets.
  • Strong leadership skills with a track record of managing international, multicultural teams.
  • Strategic thinking, creativity, and operational sales expertise, particularly in managing the sales funnel and pipeline.
  • Fluency in English is essential; additional languages are a plus.
  • Willingness to travel internationally to meet clients and partners.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to influence C-level stakeholders and build long-term relationships.
  • Strong problem-solving and adaptability skills
