Job description

We are seeking an Export Customer Service Representative for our export markets who is experienced in the order-to-cash process and well-versed in export procedures, particularly related to trade compliance and customer requirements. The ASP Export CSR will be responsible for managing export orders received from our distributors in embargoed countries (such as Russia, Ukraine, Iraq, Syria, Libya, etc.) and ensuring they are efficiently processed through our Netherlands-based operation.

Fluent in Russian Language is essential for this position. This is a Hybrid role based both in Office (Eindhoven) & Remote (Netherlands). We are unable to consider applicants from outside of these locations.

What You’ll Be Doing

Under limited supervision, general direction, etc. and in accordance with all applicable government laws, regulations and ASP policies, procedures and guidelines, this position:

  • Provide a professional level of expertise and service, applying ASP process and tools.
  • Quote Order entry for so-called red countries.
  • Monitor products and information flows.
  • Handle customer complaints and provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits established.
  • Maintain customer records/ import profile.
  • Resolve issues in an efficient, compliant way.
  • Strive for the highest level of customer experience.
  • Process orders in ERP (i.e., SAP) systems.
  • Deal with customer requests, complaints, letter of credits and/or tender documents.
  • Have a strong focus on customer satisfaction and to build lasting relationships with customers, commercial teams, and internal/external stakeholders.
  • Get to know the customer, comply with their specific requirements, take care of their need and strive to exceed their expectations.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent HBO thinking + performance skills
  • (Near) Native English, Native Russian
  • Work experience (2+ years in Customer Service or Customer support)
  • Knowledge of ERP system: Sale Force and SAP is a pre.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Detail orientated.
  • Working knowledge of Excel

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
  • Any other major European language
  • Understanding of the medical market + products
  • High level of responsibility and efficiency when working and communicating.
