The role will specifically support the KFOne Platform (backbone of KF digital products) in the development of a robust ETL process and EDW.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead the transformation of organizational data processing and storage across various digital products, including Platform, RPO, KF Pay, KF Assess, Profile Manager, and KF Architect, through a comprehensive ETL process and EDW. This system aims to centralize diverse data collected during and after client onboarding, enabling comprehensive organizational analysis and efficient data retrieval.


  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to understand client needs and pain points related to data processing and storage.
  • Developing and executing a product strategy to centralize and optimize data through ETL processes and our EDW.
  • Leading the design and implementation of efficient data pipelines to ensure seamless data extraction, transformation, and loading.
  • Identifying opportunities to enhance data-driven decision-making processes for clients through improved data infrastructure.
  • Working closely with KF Digital solution areas product management teams, engineering, design and architecture to prioritize features and ensure timely delivery of product enhancements.
  • Analyzing market trends and competitor offerings to inform product roadmap decisions.
  • Communicating the value proposition of the ETL processes and EDW to internal stakeholders and clients.


Professional Experience/Qualifications:

  • BA/BS in business administration, computer science/IT, engineering, design, marketing, or data science.
  • 3-5 years product management experience across product lifecycle (ideation to launch to sunset)
  • 1-3 years hands-on experience working with ETL processes and enterprise data warehouses, transforming data into organized, accessible formats. (ETL workflows, data integration, data modeling, data architecture, data warehousing, and big data solutions.)
  • HCM background (Talent management, Talent assessment, core HR or Workforce Management)
  • Experience with HRIS, ATS or LMS integrations
