Responsibilities
  • Deliver excellent customer service to Slovenian-speaking clients across various communication channels.
  • Respond to inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Document all interactions accurately in the customer management system.
  • Provide product information and support based on customer needs.
  • Work with a team to identify trends and improve service delivery.
  • Help train new team members by sharing knowledge and best practices.

Requirements

  • Natively fluent in Slovenian and proficient in English (both written and spoken).
  • Experience in customer service or a similar field is advantageous.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to multitask and stay organized in a busy environment.
  • Familiarity with customer support software and tools is a plus.
  • Desire to interact with people and help resolve issues.
