Responsibilities
  • Provide assistance to Portuguese-speaking customers through phone, email, and chat

  • Collaborate with team members to achieve customer satisfaction goals

Requirements

  • Fluency in Portuguese as a native speaker and proficiency in English, both written and spoken
  • Previous customer service experience is beneficial
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-oriented approach
  • Able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Attention to detail with a commitment to providing outstanding service
  • Basic computer skills and familiarity with software applications
  • Willingness to relocate to Greece
