Responsibilities
  • Deliver outstanding customer service to Norwegian-speaking clients via phone, email, and live chat.
  • Address inquiries, resolve issues, and provide tailored solutions to enhance the customer experience.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in our database.
  • Work closely with team members to ensure effective communication and service delivery.
  • Stay updated on product knowledge and company policies to provide accurate information.
  • Identify opportunities for improving services and customer satisfaction.
  • Participate in team meetings and training sessions to enhance skills and performance.

Requirements

  • Fluency in Norwegian (both spoken and written); proficiency in English is highly desirable.
  • Previous experience in customer service or a related role is preferred.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with a customer-focused approach.
  • Familiarity with customer service tools and software is a plus.
  • Willingness to relocate to Greece and embrace a new cultural experience.
