As a Danish Speaking Customer Care Representative, your primary responsibility will be to address customer inquiries, troubleshoot problems, and ensure a high level of satisfaction among our Danish-speaking clientele. Responsibilities
  • Provide friendly and efficient customer support to Danish-speaking clients regarding smart home devices through phone, email, and chat.
  • Effectively resolve inquiries and technical concerns related to smart home products.
  • Maintain comprehensive knowledge of smart home technologies to assist clients accurately.
  • Document customer interactions to identify recurring issues and potential improvements.
  • Collaborate with team members to raise the bar on overall customer service quality.
  • Engage in training sessions to stay current with product updates and best practices.

Requirements

  • Fluency in Danish (both spoken and written) with exceptional communication skills.
  • Proficient in English, both written and spoken.
  • Previous experience in customer care, particularly in the technology or smart home industry, is an advantage.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with a focus on delivering customer satisfaction.
  • A positive and professional attitude that fosters rapport with customers.
