Responsibilities
  • Offer exceptional remote support to Dutch-speaking clients through phone, email, and chat.
  • Diagnose and troubleshoot technical problems related to IT solutions.
  • Provide clear and concise guidance to ensure clients can effectively utilize our products.
  • Document client interactions and feedback to inform service improvements.
  • Collaborate with other support and technical teams to resolve complex issues.
  • Participate in ongoing training to stay updated on product developments and industry trends.

Requirements

  • Fluency in Dutch (both spoken and written) with strong communication skills.
  • Proficient in English, both spoken and written.
  • Previous experience in customer support or IT support is preferred.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Capacity to work independently in a remote environment.
  • A friendly and patient demeanor with a true passion for helping customers.
  • Willingness to engage in a flexible remote working style while residing in Greece.
