We are currently seeking a proactive and dynamic Growth and Relationship Manager to join our team. This role is pivotal in driving business expansion and nurturing relationships with our HMO clients.



Requirements

Client Relationship Management:

- Establish and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with HMO clients.

- Serve as the primary point of contact, understanding the client's needs and objectives.

Business Development

- Identify and pursue new growth opportunities by actively prospecting new clients, partners, and markets.

- Develop strategies to expand the company’s presence within the HMO space.

Account Management

- Oversee the onboarding of new clients, ensuring a smooth transition and overall positive client experience.

- Continuously assess client accounts, identify opportunities for growth, and develop account-specific growth strategies.

Client Advocacy

- Act as the client advocate within the organization, representing their interests and ensuring their needs are met.

- Gather feedback from clients and collaborate with the internal team to address client concerns and drive improvement.

Cross-selling and Up-selling

- Identify opportunities to cross-sell additional services and upsell current clients on enhancements that align with their business goals.

Performance Metrics and Reporting

- Collaborate with clients to develop and measure KPIs to evaluate the success of our services.

- Present regular performance reports to clients, highlighting achievements and suggesting areas for improvement.

Market Analysis

- Stay informed about industry trends, competitive landscape, and market developments that might impact the business.

- Provide insights to drive strategic decision-making and control.

Contract Negotiation

- Lead contract negotiations with clients and partners, ensuring that agreements align with the company’s objectives and client expectations.

Strategic Partnerships

- Identify and cultivate strategic partnerships with other healthcare organizations and industry key players that can enhance the company’s offerings and reach.
