We are looking for a Strategy Analyst to join our Strategy team. In this role, you will analyze business trends, develop strategic insights, and support leadership in making data-informed decisions. You will partner with cross-functional teams to identify new growth opportunities and optimize existing strategies, helping us achieve our long-term business goals.

Responsibilities

• Analyze company performance metrics and interpret complex data to valuable insights for identifying opportunities for growth and operational efficiency
• Proactively identifying areas of opportunity and providing recommendations for process improvements to drive business performance
• Create clear, concise reports and presentations for senior leadership to track performance against strategic goals and suggest adjustments
• Work closely with teams across the company to get insights and embed in the organization, to drive results, being an ambassador of the company objectives
• Serve as a trusted advisor to executive management, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the success of strategic programs through data excellence

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in analytical role, such as management consulting, strategy team, or a related field, preferably in a B2B SaaS industry.
• Proven ability to analyze complex data sets, extract actionable insights, and present recommendations to senior stakeholders.
• Strong proficiency in modeling, forecasting, and data visualization.
• Experience with data analysis and visualization tools including Excel, Tableau, & Salesforce
• Experience in project management and process optimization
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to convey complex ideas clearly and concisely
• Highly analytical, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
