Remote in the U.S. (preferred states - Eastern or Central Time Zone: AL, CT, DC, FL, GA, IA, IL, MA, MD, MI, NC, OH, PA, SC, TN, TX, VA, WV)

About The Role

Millsapps, Ballinger & Associates (MB&A) is seeking a talented and experienced Lead Business Systems Analyst to play a key role in supporting critical areas of our business. The ideal candidate will have experience with analyzing and developing models to describe the business processes and data needs of our customers, and managing projects throughout their life cycle.

YOU WILL:

  • Independently engage the client to strategically elicit requirements, clarify processes,and build consensus on business needs
  • Provide technical feedback on the system options and use-case opportunities based on business needs
  • Collaborate with system architects to translate business needs into scalable salesforce solutions
  • Develop a deep understanding of the client's system architecture to support solutions and scalability
  • Plan and maintain project scope of work, communicate blockers, and drive strategic planning
  • Promote and educate the client on best practices, change management, and user adoption
  • Develop client-facing documentation for technical and functional solutions
  • Handle project administrative tasks, such as client communications, team updates,scheduling team and client calls, and work item creation
  • Support the Project manager with reporting and status updates
  • Lead the project team as a Scrum Master using Agile methodology for engagement and work tracking


YOU HAVE:

  • Excellent knowledge of the Salesforce product suite and capabilities through hands-on configuration, technical solutioning, and interactive process application and can:
    • Configure admin-level solutions and provision users
    • Review settings and architecture to understand system design and use
  • Experience supporting deployment and release processes such as:
    • Change management process and best practices
    • Development and configuration best practices
    • Skilled conversational strategist experience, able to support conflict resolution and scope management
    • Skilled technical translator experience, able to outline technical requirements to support the functional need
  • Experience and certification as a Scrum Master supporting shared services such as:
    • Leading/Managing standard ceremonies
    • Creating Bugs/Stories
    • Prioritizing work through PO collaboration
    • Communicating blockers & risks with the PM
  • Ability to support and/or lead cross-functional teams, manage time and schedule independently and in accordance with policies and expectations
  • Meet deadlines
  • Maintain a quiet working space with the ability to be on camera as needed
  • Use Google suite of tools (chat, gmail, calendar, drive..etc)
  • Use Agile tools to maintain backlogs

Other Requirements

  • Salesforce Certified Administrator
  • 4+ years leading salesforce solution-driven projects as a Sr. or Lead role
  • 2+ years experience as acting Scrum Master for the shared service group
  • Critical thinking, creative problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision

  • Bachelor's Degree
  • Certified Scrum Master
  • Salesforce Certified Business Analyst
  • PMP
  • Salesforce Platform App Builder Certification
