Remote Test/Business Analyst

Job Overview

We are on the lookout for a skilled Business Analyst specializing in Medicaid to play an instrumental role in a pivotal project for a state government Human Services Department. This position is integral to ensuring the successful implementation and testing of essential modules, thereby achieving CMS certification that enhances federal financial participation.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate on a Medicaid Eligibility System (MES) transformation to ensure comprehensive testing, including end-to-end regression testing, facilitating our client’s attainment of CMS certification.
• Deliver tools and support for automated testing to validate compliance with CMS certification prerequisites.
• Capture, monitor, and fulfill all user expectations to ensure satisfaction.
• Review test cases and scripts to confirm alignment with user requirements.
• Work closely with Automation Engineers to develop automation test cases.
• Align testing strategies with overarching business objectives, engage stakeholders, and provide insights on business requirements.
• Track key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to ensure adherence to regulatory standards.
• Coordinate with the CMS Certification lead to assist in certification-related activities from a testing viewpoint.

• Proven experience in automated testing, particularly in a Medicaid context.
• Proficiency in end-to-end regression testing practices.
• Strong analytical capability to capture and monitor user expectations.
