About the Role

Charlie Health is one of the fastest-growing startups in the healthcare industry, working tirelessly to connect people everywhere to life-saving mental health treatment. Our Clinical Outreach team members are the lifeblood of our business; they know our product, partners, and patients better than anyone. You’ll build relationships with clinical partners across super-regions and provide much-needed resources to thousands of people struggling with their mental health. Responsibilities
  • Develop and operationalize GTM strategy for efficient market penetration in collaboration with field outreach
  • Create, build, and manage relationships with referral sources across priority super-regions via phone, email, and other relevant communication channels
  • Lead meetings with patients, parents, and providers to uncover needs, address barriers to treatment, and cement community partnerships
  • Deepen Charlie Health’s penetration across existing partnerships
  • Attend and lead various demonstration meetings, marketing presentations, and networking events via conference call
  • Synthesize and share market feedback from partners, patients, and stakeholders to inform go-forward marketing and product strategies
  • Work closely with internal partners including marketing, product, client success, and legal to deliver on GTM goals
Requirements
  • Preference to be located in Eastern Time Zone
  • Must be fluent in English 
  • You have 2-4 years proven sales experience - owning & overachieving KPI’s
  • Prior experience with Salesforce and other sales enablement tools 
  • Strong interpersonal, relationship-building and listening skills, with a natural, consultative style
  • Strong project management skills, with a demonstrable ability to corral and manage details in a fast-paced, fluid environment
  • Ability to energize, advise & persuade senior corporate personnel 
  • Experience working with or selling to healthcare organizations a plus
