FIXED TERM 2 YEAR CONTRACT

The Role

As an experienced Relationship Manger/Territory Builder, you will an integral part of growing our successful and exciting business. We are an organisation who is driven by passion to provide high quality, equitable access to care however that may look for our clients. We continue to be recognised nationally and internationally for our innovative ethos. You will represent our brand, working in local communities alongside our broader teams to drive growth at a local and regional level. You will have a focus on driving new market entry and sharing our brand with more people than ever before. This is a hands-on role, which will require you to develop and deliver plans which achieve growth in both existing and new markets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Sound experience in sales – this role suits a sales hunter skillset
  • Strong knowledge of the Aged Care sector
  • Working with current referral partners, building positive relationships whilst identifying and creating new partnerships to drive growth
  • Strategic focus – assist in creating and driving sales strategies
  • Business development – identify new business opportunities
  • Client call cycle to existing and potential clients to build new business
  • A current Driver’s license
  • Ability to work autonomously and manage priorities
  • Working closely and collaboratively with our operational and marketing teams
  • Facilitate community engagement activities which may include public presentations

Requirements

  • Proven record of providing exceptional sales results in a community setting
  • Previous experience in aged care is required or ability to demonstrate a strong working knowledge of same
  • Commercial Acumen – ability to negotiate and achieve desired outcomes
  • Excellent relationship building skills – influential and engaging!
  • CRM Experience and proficient with Microsoft Office
  • Able to work independently, with great time management and resilience
  • Roving role – this role will require you to travel intra and interstate to support activity.
  • Creative mind and solutions focused attitude essential
