Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced and talented sales professional to join our team as a Federal Government Technology Staffing Sales Professional. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in technology staffing for the federal government and will be responsible for bringing in new business based on prior relationships and expertise.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to target federal government agencies nationwide.
  • Identify and cultivate relationships with key decision-makers within government agencies.
  • Actively prospect and generate new business opportunities through networking, cold calling, and industry events.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to tailor staffing solutions to meet the specific needs of government clients.
  • Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing deals, ensuring a seamless transition to the delivery team.
  • Provide regular updates on sales activities, pipeline, and forecasts to senior management.

Requirements:
  • 2-4 years of proven success in technology staffing sales (winning awards) for the federal government.
