An experienced Regional Sales Manager to drive business growth in our Southern Region, with consultative enterprise solutions sales experience to join our unique team. A professional with experience in developing and managing relationships with enterprise organization stakeholders while executing the sales process from first contact to final agreement. This is a tremendous opportunity for a proven hunter and communicator with knowledge in Home Health, Home Care and/or Hospice solutions.

What you will do…    

  • Possess a strong desire to generate new prospects and respond to all sales leads, with hustle and hunger for success   
  • Assist with training of new sales team members
  • Proactively listen to qualify prospective client needs   
  • Self-motivated to build and maintain a robust sales pipeline   
  • Identify stakeholders and navigate multidisciplinary sales process   
  • A collaborative team player working to deliver joint sales efforts success as needed   
  • Promotes client satisfaction through consistent interactions to build loyalty and trust   
  • Collaborates with cross-functional team members on enterprise pursuits
  • Track all sales activities utilizing Salesforce   
  • Secures client reference ability and drives client participation in select marketing programs and events   
  • Collaborate with Client Experience team seamlessly transition new client to onboarding to assure on-time completion of all deliverables    

   

What you will bring…    

  • BS/BA, MBA Preferred   
  • 2+ years of experience in Home Health, Home Care, Hospice or relevant experience required   
  • Working knowledge of SAAS and Cloud computing a plus  
  • Highly motivated hunter with consultative sales experience   
  • Excellent verbal/written communication skills and ability to develop and present to client executive level leadership and key client stakeholders is required  
  • Demonstrated ability to organize, follow through and problem-solve   
  • Experience in Consultative Selling methodology   
  • Experience working with Salesforce or similar CRM
