Your Responsibilities

  • Help manage and schedule posts to ensure active user engagement and brand consistency.
  • Interact with followers by responding to comments and messages in an approachable and timely manner.
  • Monitor social media trends and propose creative ideas for campaigns.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to maintain alignment with brand voice and messaging.
  • Participate in brainstorming sessions to enhance content strategies.
  • Track and report on social media performance metrics to identify growth opportunities.

Requirements

  • Fluency in German and English, both written and spoken.
  • A strong passion for social media and community engagement.
  • Excellent writing skills with a creative edge.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a friendly team environment.
  • Familiarity with social media management tools and content scheduling is an advantage.
  • Previous experience in social media, marketing, or content creation is preferred.
