Job Title: Temp Executive Customer Services for Payroll

Location: Remote (Must reside in South Africa)

Full-time (Temp position) 6month only - MUST BE AVAILABLE IMMEDIATELY

Job Description:

Our client, a leading payroll outsourcing company, is searching for a highly motivated Payroll Customer Specialist to join our team remotely. The ideal candidate will be passionate about delivering exceptional customer service, possess a strong aptitude for numbers, and work diligently with meticulous attention to detail.

Responsibilities:

  • Accurately and timely processing of payroll for clients
  • Professionally and promptly respond to client inquiries and resolve payroll-related issues
  • Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local payroll regulations
  • Maintain precise and up-to-date payroll records for clients
  • Collaborate with clients and internal teams to address payroll discrepancies
  • Stay informed about industry changes and updates to payroll laws and regulations
  • Provide outstanding customer service via phone and email

Requirements:

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong numerical aptitude and meticulous attention to detail
  • Tech-savvy with the ability to quickly learn new payroll software
  • Demonstrated ability to handle sensitive and confidential information
  • Willingness to work full-time during US hours
  • Own laptop with a minimum of 50 Mbps RAM
  • Experience in customer service/reception for 3+ years (Required)
  • Experience with a 20-30 line switchboard
  • Must be available immediately 

Working Hours:

This is a remote working opportunity with hours spanning Monday to Friday, with shifts available from 3:00 PM - 12:00 AM and 4:00 PM - 1:00 AM SA time.
